About
I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist, EMDR Certified Therapist, meditation practitioner, and longtime yoga practitioner with over 20 years of experience integrating mindfulness and compassionate awareness into the healing process. My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness, creativity, and nervous system regulation to support emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds across a variety of clinical settings, including substance use recovery, residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs, and community mental health. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges.
In addition to psychotherapy, I have facilitated guided meditation and mindfulness-based art therapy groups. My work is grounded in a holistic, culturally sensitive, and client-centered approach that honors each person’s unique life experience and healing journey.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, caring for my pets, gardening, hiking, traveling, reading, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and playing and composing music. Creativity, mindfulness, nature, and music continue to deeply influence both my personal life and therapeutic approach.
I am an EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) with advanced training in attachment and relational trauma. EMDR intensive sessions, including extended 90-minute and half-day sessions, are available.
Virtual telehealth appointments are available Monday through Friday via secure video or phone sessions throughout California.

Fees & Services
Individual therapy sessions are $175 for 50–60 minutes.
EMDR intensive sessions ranging from 90 minutes to 2 hours are also available for clients seeking deeper trauma-focused work and extended processing time.
A limited number of sliding scale appointments may be available based on financial need. Please contact me for additional information and current availability.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
